How do I track my order?

Sign in to your account and click My Orders. Each order has a live tracking link.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, Net Banking, and major wallets via Razorpay and CCAvenue. Cash on Delivery is available in select PIN codes.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placing them. After that they are passed to the warehouse for packing and cannot be changed.

Are TinnyKiddo products safe for kids?

Yes. All clothing meets the AZO-free standard, all toys are CE/EN71 certified, and we publish full material lists on every product page.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within India. We hope to expand to UAE, US, and UK in 2026.

How do I use a coupon code?

Enter the code at checkout in the Coupon field. The discount will be applied before payment. Only one coupon per order.

How does the referral program work?

Every account gets a unique referral code under Refer & Earn. Share it with friends. When they sign up using your code and place their first order over ₹499, you earn ₹100 in store credit.
