Refund & Returns

Our promise

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

What can be returned

• Unworn, unwashed clothing with original tags
• Unused toys in original packaging
• Any item received damaged or defective (we cover return shipping in this case)

What cannot be returned

• Innerwear and intimate items (hygiene reasons)
• Custom or personalised products
• Items marked Final Sale

How to return

1. Login to your account, go to Orders, and click Return on the relevant item.
2. Choose a reason and (optionally) attach a photo.
3. We will email you a return shipping label within 24 hours.
4. Drop the package at any India Post or partner courier outlet.

Refund timeline

Once we receive the returned item, we inspect it within 2 business days and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear in 3-5 business days for cards, 1-2 business days for UPI/wallets, and within 7 days for bank transfers.
